Роскошный зал со вторым светом отлично подойдет для празднования дня рождения, нового года, Рождества. На первом этаже кухня - гостиная с камином и телевизором + спальня, санузел и шикарная ванная комната.
На втором этаже расположены 2 спальни с панорамными окнами и гардеробом, санузел. Залог 10000₽ из которого вычитается 4000₽ за уборку. При бережном отношении имущества остальная часть залог возвращается. Размещение с домашними животными обговаривается индивидуально. По запросу в 30 метрах от дома находится просторная новая баня с бассейном и купелью.
Рассматривается аренда для проведения банкетов, дней рождений от 15 до 20 человек без ночевки.
Территориально расположен в 10 минутах езды от Тууттари Парка и 15 минутах.
Также в 5 минутах ходьбы по доп запросу есть шикарная баня с бассейном. До 17:00 три часа 7500, после 17:00 -9000₽
